Can you wear pearls and diamonds both?

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding.

The diamonds and pearls are small and round. I have a pearl necklace, diamond earrings that dribble about 1 inch from my earlobe, and a diamond bracelet.

The dress is strapless, as result I need a necklace and I chosen pearl because it’s not as well flashy.

The diamond earrings and bracelet were qualities and gifts from the bride as result i have to wear them, and I got them after I purchased the pearls. Will they look ok both?

why not just wear the earrings and bracelet. .

Just put it all on and look in the mirror.

If you think it looks okay,it is probably fine.

To be honest i dont think so. .

You should wear the brides diamonds and find a nice diamond necklace to match

I think that jewelry will look great. It sounds very classy and very pretty.

Sure. I think they sound great together.

Pearls and diamonds are classic together – however, have you checked with the bride? Maybe she doesn’t want all the bridesmaids to wear a necklace?

Yes. Many pearl necklaces/earrings, etc. Have diamonds incorporated into their design, or sometimes on the clasps.

Ask what tehe other bridemaids are wearing.

Your best bet if to buy a fashionable crystal necklace to match your earrings and bracelet.

Good luck

Since it IS the bride’s wedding I would ask her what she prefers.

Good luck!

I hope so! I just got a tiara for my wedding that has pearls and diamonds- i think it looks pretty.

As long as the pearls are white- not ivory, that might look wierd, not sure.

But I think it would good, just ask the bride first- she might want all the bridesmaids to match.

they absolutely go together. . . . . Just check out the crown that miss Universe received it’s pearls and diamonds and very beautiful.

Good luck!

Sure, why not?

are you kidding. YES YES YES. this is a classic look. go back and look some of Elizabeth Taylors old (good) pictures. Pearls and diamonds are great.

Diamond & pearls are very elegant together. Just check with the bride she isn’t wearing d&p herself, you don’t want bridesmaids matching the brides jewellery.

Beautiful! My friends consider diamonds and pearls my trademark! They will do great for you too, I’m sure. Do check with the bride for what she wants though. Better safe than sorry. . .

Weddings can do funny things even to our girlfriends.

They absolutely go together!

Though, if the pearl necklace has no diamonds in it, it won’t look like a set- look for a crystal drop that you can clip/slide onto the necklace.

Pearls are kind of like the traditional type. Diamonds represent modern jewlery. In my opinion, both of them do not go together.

If the bride gave you the diamond earrings and bracelet, I suggest you wear them. However, you’re going to have to exchange/return the pearl necklace or save it for a different occasion. Find yourself a diamond necklace.

There are many places that have them at an affordable price. Try http://www.Calibex.com.
